1. The Short Version

• We (the developer) run no servers and collect nothing. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no crash reporting.
• Your data lives in exactly two places, both controlled by you: your own computer, and (optionally) your own Supabase cloud project.
• You can delete your cloud account and all synced data at any time, directly in the app (Settings → Delete account).

2. What Hiro Is

Hiro Mobile is a companion app for the Hiro desktop application. It displays job-application data that the desktop app produces and lets you manage it from your phone. This policy explains what data the app handles and where it goes.

3. Data the App Handles

• Job application data — job titles, companies, match scores, resumes, cover letters, application statuses, and notes. This data is created by the Hiro desktop app on your computer. Hiro Mobile displays it and lets you edit statuses and notes.
• Account credentials (cloud mode only) — an email address and password used to sign in to your Supabase project. The session token is stored securely on your device.
• Connection settings (Wi-Fi mode only) — the IP address, port, and pairing token of your desktop, stored on your device.

4. Wi-Fi (LAN) Mode

In Wi-Fi mode, your phone communicates directly with the Hiro desktop app on your local network. No data leaves your network and no third party is involved.

5. Cloud Mode (Optional, Supabase)

In cloud mode, your application data is synced to a Supabase project that you create and own. The developer of Hiro has no access to it. Supabase's handling of that data is governed by your agreement with Supabase and their privacy policy. Row Level Security restricts every record to your own account.

The app sends no data to the developer or to any other third party.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Wi-Fi mode: the app stores only your connection settings, removed when you disconnect or uninstall the app. Your application data stays on your computer.
• Cloud mode: synced data is kept in your Supabase project until you delete it. Settings → Delete account in the app permanently deletes your cloud account and every synced record. See our Delete Account page for details.
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.

7. Children

Hiro Mobile is a productivity tool intended for adults seeking employment and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same URL with a new effective date.

3. 應用程式處理的資料

• 求職應徵資料 — 職缺名稱、公司、匹配分數、履歷、求職信、應徵狀態及備注。這些資料由您電腦上的 Hiro 桌面應用程式建立，Hiro Mobile 負責顯示並讓您編輯狀態和備注。
• 帳號憑證（僅限雲端模式） — 用於登入您的 Supabase 專案的電子郵件地址和密碼。工作階段憑證安全地儲存於您的裝置。
• 連線設定（僅限 Wi-Fi 模式） — 您桌面電腦的 IP 位址、連接埠及配對憑證，儲存於您的裝置。

4. Wi-Fi（區域網路）模式

在 Wi-Fi 模式下，您的手機直接與本地網路上的 Hiro 桌面應用程式通訊。資料不會離開您的網路，也沒有任何第三方參與。

5. 雲端模式（可選，Supabase）

在雲端模式下，您的應徵資料會同步至由您自行建立並擁有的 Supabase 專案。Hiro 的開發者無法存取該專案。Supabase 對該資料的處理受您與 Supabase 的協議及其隱私政策約束。列級安全性（Row Level Security）確保每筆記錄僅限您本人的帳號存取。

應用程式不會向開發者或任何其他第三方傳送資料。

6. 資料保留與刪除

• Wi-Fi 模式：應用程式僅儲存您的連線設定，於中斷連線或解除安裝時移除。您的應徵資料保留在您的電腦上。
• 雲端模式：同步的資料會保留在您的 Supabase 專案中，直到您刪除為止。在應用程式內使用設定 → 刪除帳號可永久刪除您的雲端帳號及每一筆同步記錄。詳情請參閱刪除帳號頁面。
• 解除安裝應用程式會移除裝置上所有本機儲存的資料。

7. 兒童

Hiro Mobile 是為求職成年人設計的生產力工具，並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。

8. 政策變更

若本政策有所變更，更新版本將發布於相同網址，並附上新的生效日期。
