1. Information We Collect

Oncora stores the following data locally on your device only, using on-device storage (AsyncStorage):

• Onboarding information: age range, cancer group and subtype, diagnosis details, and treatment status
• Daily symptom check-ins and the tailored questions for your cancer type, plus energy, mood, and optional notes
• Lymph node logs: region, size measurements, and how each node feels (firmness, mobility, tenderness)
• Photos you add (lymph nodes, skin, wounds, swelling) — stored on your device only
• Treatments and medications, lab results, side-effects, appointments, care-team contacts, and questions for your doctor
• App settings: reminder times, units, language, text size, high-contrast, reduce-motion, and app-lock preferences

This health log is not uploaded to us. Oncora has no account system and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or other personal identifiers.

2. No Account or Login Required

Oncora does not require you to create an account or sign in to track your health. We never sell your information.

3. AI Companion

Oncora includes an optional AI companion. Before it can be used, you are shown a disclosure and must explicitly agree. When you send it a message, that message is transmitted to our server, which relays it to a third-party AI provider to generate a reply. Your messages are not linked to your name. Please avoid including details you would not want processed this way. If you do not use the AI companion, no messages are sent. We do not use your stored health log to train any AI model.

4. Membership & Payments

Oncora shows no ads. The optional AI companion is funded by Oncora Membership, an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled entirely by the app store — we never see or store your card details. Your membership status is kept on your device. We do not use your health data for advertising, and we do not sell your information. See Apple and Google for how the stores handle payment data.

5. Backup & Restore

You can export all your data as a JSON file and restore it on another device by pasting the backup or choosing a backup file. Exports and the automatic on-device snapshots are handled locally on your device. An exported file may contain your health information — please treat it with appropriate care once it leaves the app.

6. Reports You Choose To Share

You can generate a PDF summary or a caregiver update to share with your care team or family. These are created on-device and only leave the app via the system share sheet when you explicitly choose to share them.

7. Notifications

Oncora can send local reminders for check-ins, appointments, medications, and the mid-cycle (nadir) blood-count alert. Notifications are scheduled entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to any server.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete individual entries at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device. There is no cloud copy of your health log to delete.

9. Children's Privacy

Oncora is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has entered personal health information, please remove it within the app or uninstall the app.

此健康紀錄不會上傳給我們。Oncora 沒有帳號系統，我們不會收集您的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼或其他個人識別資訊。

2. 無需帳號或登入

Oncora 不要求您建立帳號或登入即可追蹤健康狀況。我們絕不出售您的資訊。

3. AI 夥伴

Oncora 提供選用的 AI 夥伴。在使用前，會先向您顯示說明，且您必須明確同意。當您傳送訊息時，該訊息會傳送至我們的伺服器，再轉送給第三方 AI 服務商以生成回覆。您的訊息不會連結到您的姓名。請避免輸入您不希望以此方式處理的內容。若您不使用 AI 夥伴，則不會傳送任何訊息。我們不會使用您儲存的健康紀錄來訓練任何 AI 模型。

4. 會員資格與付款

Oncora 不顯示任何廣告。選用的 AI 夥伴由 Oncora 會員資格支應，這是一項透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 銷售的自動續訂訂閱。付款、續訂與取消皆完全由應用程式商店處理——我們絕不會看到或儲存您的付款卡資訊。您的會員狀態保存在您的裝置上。我們不會將您的健康資料用於廣告，也不會出售您的資訊。商店如何處理付款資料，請參閱 Apple 與 Google 的隱私權政策。

5. 備份與還原

您可以將所有資料匯出為 JSON 檔案，並透過貼上備份內容或選擇備份檔案在另一台裝置上還原。匯出及裝置上的自動快照皆在您的裝置本機處理。匯出的檔案可能包含您的健康資訊——離開應用程式後請妥善保管。

6. 您選擇分享的報告

您可以產生 PDF 摘要或照護者更新，與您的醫療團隊或家人分享。這些內容在裝置本機建立，只有在您明確選擇分享時，才會透過系統分享選單離開應用程式。

7. 通知

Oncora 可發送本機提醒，包括記錄、約診、用藥及週期中段（低點）血球數提醒。通知完全在裝置本機排程，不會向任何伺服器傳送通知資料。

8. 資料刪除

您可隨時在應用程式中刪除個別資料。解除安裝應用程式即可移除裝置上所有本機儲存的資料。沒有任何雲端的健康紀錄副本需要刪除。

9. 兒童隱私

Oncora 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。若您認為有兒童輸入了個人健康資訊，請於應用程式內移除，或解除安裝應用程式。
