1. Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your Twirl account and all associated cloud data directly inside the app:

1. Open Twirl and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.

This works for accounts created with Google or Apple sign-in.

2. What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and sign-in credentials (Firebase / Aliyun Authentication record).
• All cloud-synced data: spin history, saved favourites, visited places, merit (功德) count, fortune lot history, and AI ranking preferences.
• Your membership and trial entitlement records on our servers (your App Store / Google Play subscription itself must be cancelled with the store — deleting your account does not cancel store billing).

Local spin history on your device can also be cleared via Settings → Clear History at any time, without deleting your account.

3. Processing Time

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups of our cloud infrastructure are purged within 30 days. We do not retain your data after this window, except where required by law.

4. Can't Access the App?

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us a deletion request at wksunshine@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account (or include your sign-in method). We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

您可以直接在應用程式內刪除 Twirl 帳號及所有關聯的雲端數據：

1. 開啟 Twirl，前往個人資料分頁。
2. 捲動至帳號區域，點選刪除帳號。
3. 確認刪除。為驗證身份，系統可能要求您重新登入。

此操作適用於透過 Google 或 Apple 登入建立的帳號。

2. 刪除的數據範圍

刪除帳號後，以下數據將被永久移除：

• 您的帳號及登入憑證（Firebase / 阿里雲 Authentication 紀錄）。
• 所有雲端同步數據：轉盤紀錄、已儲存的最愛、已造訪地點、功德計數、求籤紀錄及 AI 排名偏好。
• 我們伺服器上的會員資格及試用資格紀錄（App Store / Google Play 的訂閱本身需在相應平台取消——刪除帳號不會取消商店扣費）。

如需清除裝置上的本機轉盤紀錄，可隨時透過設定 → 清除紀錄操作，無需刪除帳號。

3. 處理時限

應用程式內刪除立即生效。雲端基礎設施加密備份中的殘留副本將在 30 天內清除。除法律要求保留的情況外，超過此期限後我們不再保留您的數據。

4. 無法存取應用程式？

如果您已解除安裝應用程式或無法登入，請使用與帳號關聯的電子郵件地址（或註明您的登入方式）發送刪除請求至 wksunshine@gmail.com。我們將在核實身份後於 30 天內完成刪除，並回覆確認。
