Yes. Oncora is local-first — your health log is stored only on your device, with no account required, and it is never uploaded to us. The only times the app uses the network are optional: when you use the AI companion (your message is sent to a server to generate a reply) and when you make a membership purchase (handled by the app store). Oncora shows no ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Settings → Export Backup. This creates a JSON file containing all your check-ins and node logs. Save it somewhere safe — iCloud Drive, email, or another secure location. To restore on a new device, go to Settings → Restore and paste the backup content.
Go to the Report tab and tap Generate Report. Oncora creates a PDF summary of your check-in history and node measurements. Use the system share sheet to AirDrop, email, or print the report.
Go to the Nodes tab and tap on a region on the body diagram. Select the specific node location, enter the size measurement (in mm or cm), and describe how it feels. You can add multiple entries over time to track changes.
Go to Settings → Reminder and toggle on daily notifications. Choose your preferred time. The reminder is a local notification — no internet connection is needed.
Go to Settings → Clear All Data to permanently remove all check-ins, node logs, and settings from your device. Uninstalling the app also removes all data. There is no cloud copy to delete. See our Delete Data page for more details.
Oncora helps people living with cancer track their symptoms and treatment over time. Depending on your cancer type you can log daily check-ins, lymph nodes, labs, treatments, side-effects and appointments, and generate reports to share with your care team.
